FREE* classes in the EPIC (Education Partnership for IT Careers) program will help you prepare for your industry-recognized tech certification and computer support specialist career.
EPIC is a collaborative partnership between Byte Back and the Prince George’s County Economic Development Corporation that provides IT training and career services to underserved adults in DC and Maryland. Beginning in fall 2017, Both DC and Maryland residents can register for Byte Back’s CompTIA A+ certification courses, and classes are offered at Byte Back’s NoMa headquarters and in Largo, MD. Classes are three hours per day, four days per week, and last for 16-18 weeks. To learn more about EPIC, click here.
EPIC Info Sessions

You must RSVP for and attend an info session to register for EPIC courses. Prospective students need the following documents to register:
- Government-Issued Photo ID
- Proof of Social Security – Social Security card, W-2 form*
- Birth Certificate, Passport, or Voter Registration Card*
*Classes are offered at no cost to students thanks to generous grants from local governments, foundations, businesses, and individuals.
