Erica joined Byte Back in April 2020. She is a native of the area, having grown up in Baltimore and Washington, DC. She earned her bachelor’s degree from George Washington University in political communication, Spanish, and world religion and earned her master’s from George Washington University in political management.
Before joining the Byte Back team, Erica was the development director for the voting rights nonprofit Fair Elections Center, and she worked as a development specialist with the Campaign for the Fair Sentencing of Youth. She’s a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and is passionate about human rights, social justice, and the Oxford comma. In her free time, Erica enjoys live music, coffee, film, terrible reality TV, and the podcasts that cover it.
