A Baltimore native, James lived in Iowa for a time before returning to his home state and starting work as one of the first members of Byte Back’s Baltimore team. Prior to joining Byte Back, James spent several years educating Marylanders on the benefits of organ and tissue donation for Donate Life Maryland. James is passionate about Black history and serving his community, and he also enjoys writing children’s books. When he isn’t working, James likes to swim, hike, travel, and meet new people.
